Once entered, your card number is tokenised which means we never see or store your full card number. This also means that your card details can never be stolen from us.

Our website uses 256-bit SSL to encrypt all information sent from your device to our server which is hosted in a secure Australian data centre.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice of cancellations and changes to your appointment.

Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a non-refundable $37.50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to your card.
